東京、渋谷生まれ。出版社、レコード会社など経て、2001年渡米、H1ビザ取得。
カリフォルニア州、ヴェニスビーチの寿司レストランにて、マネージャー、その後ハモサビーチの寿司レストランにおいて、VICE PRESIDENTを努めた後、CALIFORNIA SUSHI ACADEMYにおいてインストラクターとして、世界中の人々に日本食の調理を指導。
カリフォルニア州をベースに、シカゴ、ラスベガス、シンシナティなど、ホームパーティからレストランウエディング、映画撮影スタジオ、企業コンベンション、大学と、様々なケータリングにてSUSHIBARを提供。
SUSHIを通して日本にいらっしゃる全ての外国人の皆さんに楽しく、素敵な時間、空間を日本文化を添えて楽しんでいただくことが、何よりの幸せと考えています。
Born in Tokyo, JImbo flew over to California after years of working in the publishing and record label industry. He started his life in the United States as a Manager at a sushi restaurant in Venice Beach and then became the Vice President at a sushi restaurant in Hermosa beach. He expanded his career to teaching Japanese cuisine at the CALIFORNIA SUSHI ACADEMY while he offered a complete SUSHI BAR style catering service in California, Chicago, Las Vegas, Cincinnati and other places. He has been offering personalized planning for a wide variety of occasions, whether its office parties, home parties, weddings, filming studios, off-site events, meetings, or formal events.
Jimbo entertains his customers by creating a lively atmosphere through the art of Japanese "omotenashi" spirit.
